1. Services Offered
Raghav Creatives provides creative services including but not limited to:
- UI/UX Design
- Graphic Design
- Web Design & Development
- Print Design
- Digital Marketing
- Social Media Management
- Video & Photo Editing
All services are subject to availability and client requirements.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:
- Provide complete and accurate information for the project
- Respond in a timely manner to feedback or requests
- Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
- Ensure they have the rights to any third-party materials shared with us
3. Payments & Refunds
- Projects begin after receiving an agreed upfront payment (typically 50%).
- Final deliverables are provided upon full payment.
- Refunds are not offered for completed or in-progress work.
- Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Revisions
Each service includes a set number of revisions (typically 2–3 rounds). Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
5. Intellectual Property
- Upon full payment, clients own the final approved designs.
- Raghav Creatives retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing channels unless agreed otherwise.
- Unused or rejected concepts remain the property of Raghav Creatives.
6. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and treat all shared information as confidential unless otherwise permitted or legally required to disclose.
7. Limitation of Liability
Raghav Creatives is not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential losses
- Third-party misuse of design assets
- Delays caused by client inaction or external factors
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Fees for completed work and expenses incurred up to that point are non-refundable and payable.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
